North Little Rock has lost they longest serving mayor they have even had.  Patrick Henry has died at the age of 76 years old. He died Wednesday morning after a battle with cancer. Patrick was first elected mayor of the Central Arkansas in 1989 and served six terms in the office before retiring in 2012. 

The keep Arkansas Beautiful commission is reminding the public that the deadline to participate in this year's Great Arkansas clean up is Oct. 31. 

A news release from the Arkansas Department of parks, heritage, and tourism started that Keep Arkansas Beautiful recruits thousands of Arkansans to participate in the Great Arkansas Cleanup. 69 counties have registered for the 2023 Go Clean Challenge which Arkansas mer this goal for the first time in 2022
